Ingredients
- 3-4 artichokes
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper

Prepare the artichokes by removing the thicker leaves and cutting off the tips. Cut them in half and remove the beard.
Slice them thinly and place them in a pan in which you have previously heated olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, add fresh thyme and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Artichokes are good when they are still al dente. If you prefer them more cooked, pour a little water into the pan and cover until cooked to your liking, being careful not to burn them.
