Ingredients
- One zucchini
- One teaspoon of caraway seeds
- Fresh mint and parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Proceedings
Cut the washed and dried zucchini into logs and mix well with the oil and cumin seeds.
Heat a pot and add the zucchini. Let it brown over medium-high heat about 3 minutes.
Chop the mint and parsley and put them on the zucchini with as much pepper as you like.
