Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add cumin and chili. As soon as you smell the cumin, remove from the heat and pour into a bowl.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, stir and pour over zucchini cut into carpaccio with a mandolin. Add a little fleur de sel.
