Ingredients
- One green zucchini cut into noodles
- One yellow zucchini
- One turkey breast cut into fine strips
- One clove of unpeeled garlic
- Chili pepper
- Lots of fresh herbs (marjoram, thyme, oregano, mint, basil...)
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Pepper
Procedure
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the whole clove with the chili pepper.
When you smell the garlic add the turkey. Cook for a moment then put in the zucchini cut like spaghetti. Season with salt, stir well over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
At the last add the fresh herbs and pepper.
