Wash and dry the zucchini. With a potato peeler, peel it in zebra shape (peel-pulp, peel-pulp, peel-pulp...). Cut it into 2-cm slices.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic. As soon as you smell the garlic, add the zucchini slices and cook them 1 minute on each side. Add lots of fresh thyme. Season with salt and chili or ground pepper.
Serve immediately.
