Ingredients
- Red cabbage and zucchini
- Coriander seeds
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Chili pepper
Proceedings
Cut the zucchini any way you like. I like to turn them into noodles!
Finely chop the red cabbage.
Heat a frying pan and brown the seeds in a little olive oil. Using a mortar, crush the pepper seeds, put them in the pan and brown about 3-4 minutes.
Put the vegetables in the pan. Stir well, leave on high heat for a minute and serve immediately.
