Ingredients
- Red and yellow peppers
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Ground pepper
- Basil leaves
Procedure
Place the peppers one by one in aluminum foil or nonstick paper and place for about 45 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
Remove the peppers, let them cool and remove the skin and seeds. Place them in a colander for about 30 minutes, cut them into strips and add the rest of the ingredients.
Before serving, add pepper and basil to taste.
