Remove the peppers' skin and seeds and cut them into strips.
Prepare the green beans and cut them in half.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic.
When you smell it, add the green beans and cook them for a minute on high heat. Add the peppers, stir and let them cook another 3-4 minutes on high heat.
Season lightly with salt, add a little water and cover. Lower the heat and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Before serving, check the salt, pepper and put in lots of fresh thyme.
