Ingredients
- One zucchini washed, dried and sliced
- One whole clove of garlic
- Mint, oregano, basil
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Chili pepper
Proceedings
Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the clove of garlic in it.
As soon as you smell the garlic, add the vegetables and cook them over medium heat for about ten minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the herbs.
Mix all ingredients together at the last.
