Leek vinaigrette

Ingredients


  • One leek
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • One teaspoon of vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Procedure

Cut the leek in half lengthwise. Wash it well to remove all the soil. Remove any damaged leaves and cut off the darker end, depending on your taste.

Place the leek in a steamer, bamboo if you have one, and steam for a good ten minutes, in each case until well cooked.

Let cool, and once in the pot, season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
