Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Peel of a quarter of an orange
- Salt and pepper
- A drizzle of olive oil
Proceedings
Preparation 5 minutes.
Using a peeler, cut the zucchini into thin slices and soak them in ice water until the last moment.
Arrange the slices on a nice plate, grate orange zest over them, and after seasoning with salt and pepper, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.
