Ingredients
- Artichokes
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Ground pepper
- Dill
Procedure
Prepare the artichokes by removing the tips and thick outer leaves. Also remove the hay inside and boil in a pressure cooker for about ten minutes.
Drain well and whisk with olive oil and a little salt until unctuous creamy.
Serve with salt fleur, ground pepper, dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
