Ingredients
- One artichoke
- Fresh thyme
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel and ground pepper
Proceedings
Cook the artichoke in a pressure cooker. It must be cooked through.
Let it cool, remove the larger outer leaves then cut off the end of the artichoke to take the heart and possibly the pulp inside the stem. With patience remove the pulp from the remaining leaves.
Add all ingredients and enjoy at room temperature.
