Ingredients
- Red cabbage
- 2 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander grains
- Fior di sale
- Unsweetened balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
Proceedings
Finely grate half a red cabbage. Add the flor de sal, coriander grains, cinnamon, oil and vinegar.
If you have time, to enhance the aroma you can lightly grill the coriander grains in a frying pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, without adding fat.
Stir, cover, and let marinate for at least an hour.
Grind some pepper before serving and sprinkle with parsley. Serve cold or at room temperature.
