Ingredients
- One celery branch
- One spring onion
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Ground pepper
Proceedings
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. When hot, add the finely chopped spring onion and let it cook about 10 minutes until it turns lightly golden.
Cut the celery into small cubes.
When the spring onion is ready, add the celery and cook on high heat 15 seconds. Therefore add the thyme and pepper then serve.
