- Celery
- Lemon peel
- Fresh thyme

Preparation 15 minutes, cooking 15 minutes.
Boil vegetables, drain and immerse in cold water to stop cooking.
Add olive oil, lemon zest cut into very small pieces, fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Place them in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
