Cut the peppers with a mandolin so that the slices are very thin.
Chop the garlic and chili finely and throw them into a frying pan or wok after heating some olive oil.
As soon as you can smell the garlic, add the peppers. Fry for 3-4 minutes on high heat; they should remain crispy.
Put them on a plate and add the chopped herbs, salt and ground pepper.
