Ingredients
- One red bell pepper
- One yellow bell bell pepper
- 10 coriander seeds
- 2-3 sprigs of chervil
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Proceedings
Wash and cut peppers into medium-sized pieces.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan or wok and throw in the peppers. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. The last 3 minutes add the coriander seeds.
When ready to serve, season with salt and pepper and add plenty of chervil.
