Ingredients
- Red and yellow peppers
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel, pepper
- Fresh cilantro (or other fresh herb you have at home)
Proceedings
Place the peppers one by one in aluminum foil or nonstick paper and place for about 45 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
Remove the peppers, let them cool. Remove the skin and inside of the peppers. Cut them into strips then add the rest of the ingredients.
Serve at room temperature.
