Ingredients
- One artichoke
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Proceedings
Put a bottom of water in a large pot, add the artichoke and cover, letting it cook about 30 minutes. Check the water level so as not to let the artichoke burn. When the leaves come off easily, the artichoke is ready.
Prepare a vinaigrette. Place the ends of the leaves in the sauce and eat. When they are done, remove the hay to eat the heart with the remaining vinaigrette.
