Ingredients
- One turkey tenderloin
- Half a zucchini
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- One teaspoon of cumin powder
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Proceedings
Cut the turkey tenderloin into small pieces and gently mince the meat with a blender.
Grate the zucchini coarsely. Mix the grated zucchini, chopped cilantro and mint, a teaspoon of ground cumin, the meat, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper. Once the mixture is smooth, form into a 100-gram hamburger patty.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic clove.
As soon as you smell the garlic take the burger and brown it on both sides, then cook it for 7 minutes on low heat, turning it occasionally. Be careful, if it overcooks it will become dry!
Serve immediately, decorating with fresh herbs.
