  • One chicken breast
  • Herbs or leftover vegetables
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure

Preparation 2 minutes, cooking 15 minutes. Steaming the chicken breast prevents the meat from becoming dry.

Lay the meat on plastic wrap, preferably suitable for cooking in the microwave oven, flavor with herbs, a drizzle of oil or leftover vegetables. Do not salt. If you wish to prepare multiple chicken breasts, wrap them individually. Seal the plastic wrap tightly and allow to steam for 15 minutes. Be careful not to scald yourself with steam when removing the plastic wrap.

Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
