Heat olive oil in a frying pan and brown the ginger cut into very fine strands. Place on kitchen paper towels until done.
Lightly brush the meat with the oil served for the ginger, add a little salt, and grill it on a steak pan for a few minutes.
As soon as it is cooked, cut it into 1 cm slices. Arrange the sliced meat on a plate with the ginger, cilantro and a little pepper. Serve immediately.
