  • One 2-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation 5 minutes, cooking 3-5 minutes.

Grate ginger over sliced duck breast. Lightly salt.

Grill the meat slices for a few moments on a hot grill pan. Season with pepper and serve. Do not eat the fat!
