Ingredients
- 4 pieces of chicken
- 4 finely chopped artichoke hearts
- One sprig of fresh rosemary
- One or two sprigs of fresh oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Procedure
Mix all ingredients except herbs and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Add the herbs halfway through baking, then stir. Increase the oven temperature to 250°C and put it on grill mode for the last 5 minutes to roast the chicken.
