  • White fish fillet (hake)
  • Broccoli
  • Parsley
  • Coriander seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Proceedings

Cook the fish in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Allow to cool.

Boil the broccoli in salted water. They should be completely soft. Drain well.

Mix all ingredients and form into compact patties. Refrigerate them 15 minutes then grill them 5 minutes in the oven under the grill.

It is important to adjust the seasoning well. Be fair with the salt and olive oil but be generous with the parsley and pepper!
