Ingredients
- Tuna (felled)
- Celery
- Lemon zest
- Basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Chili pepper
Proceedings
Cut the tuna into small pieces with a sharp knife. Do the same thing with the celery. Place them in a bowl.
With a potato peeler, take the zest of a quarter of a lemon and cut it into strips.
Add them with the basil leaves to the rest of the ingredients. Finally, put in the oil, salt, chili pepper (a little!) and mix well.
