Take the shrimp out of the refrigerator so that they are not too cold.
Boil a pot of water and blanch the mushrooms and place them in a colander.
Meanwhile, heat some oil in a wok or skillet and sauté the garlic clove until you smell it. Remove it. Add the coriander seeds, let them grill 1- 2 minutes then put in the mushrooms. Stir well.
At the last add the chopped shrimp and cook them on high heat 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately or at room temperature.
