Cooking Tips by Sinomedica - Scallops and Ginger

Ingredients


  • Scallops
  • One piece of fresh ginger, about 4 cm
  • One tablespoon of seed oil
  • Salt and pepper

Proceedings

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut the ginger into strands and sauté in the oil a few minutes, until golden brown. Transfer to paper towels. Do not wash the pan.

Cut the scallops into 2, dry them well, and cook them a minute or two in the same skillet.

Serve immediately with ginger on top, salt and pepper.
