  • A few anchovies
  • Olive oil

Season puntarelle with olive oil and anchovy paste prepared by chopping anchovies in a blender along with some olive oil.

You can also use ready-made anchovy paste, but in that case you should check that there are no sugars or carbohydrates in its composition.
