Prepare a marinade by mixing grated garlic, olive oil, paprika and as little chili pepper as you like (without putting in the seeds).
Let the shrimp marinate as long as you can, even overnight.
Turn on the oven grill. When it is very hot, bake the shrimp for about 2 minutes. They should be just cooked through.
Season lightly with salt and add freshly chopped herbs.
