Your dish depends mostly on the quality of your shrimp. Ask your fisherman for fresh wild shrimp. I do not recommend supermarket shrimp found in frozen products that are sometimes full of chemicals.
Preheat the oven on the grill. Heat peppercorns in a pan for 1 minute and crush them with a mortar.
Prepare your shrimp. Remove the head, open them in half and remove the black filament. Place them on their backs, open wide and pour a drizzle of olive oil over them along with the prepared pepper. Cook under the hot grill for 1 minute!
Season with salt and serve immediately.
