Ingredients


  • Fresh baby octopus
  • White onion
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Ground pepper

Proceedings

Prepare and wash the baby octopus well.

Sauté the onion and add the whole baby octopuses. Let cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes then add the rosemary. Stir well, cover and let cook over low heat about 20 minutes, or until the baby octopuses are tender.

Cut them, season with salt and pepper and serve hot or at room temperature.
