Ingredients


  • One slice of fresh swordfish
  • Olive oil
  • Hot salt

Proceedings

Preparation 5 minutes, cooking 3-5 minutes.

Using a kitchen brush, brush the fish with olive oil and hot salt and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grill it on a hot grill pan for a few minutes. It should not be overcooked!

Check on the package that the hot salt contains no added sugar.
