Ingredients
- Gambas (shell enough gambas to make a salad)
- Fresh herbs galore (basil, mint, cilantro, verbena...)
- Olive oil
- A handful of toasted almonds
- Salt and fresh pepper
Proceedings
Mix them with fresh herbs, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Brown the almonds for a moment in a frying pan. Cut them into small pieces and add them to the salad.
Serve at room temperature.
