Ingredients
- One piece of cod
- Vegetable of your choice (artichokes, zucchini, celery .... ) NEVER CARROTS!!!!
- White onion
- One bay leaf
- Salt
Proceedings
When cooking vegetables, cut off a piece and use it to make broth, adding the fish, onion, bay leaf and salt.
Boil about 20 minutes, strain and use! You can freeze what is left over.
