Wash, dry and cut squid like noodles.
Boil the cut zucchini in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes. Puree it in a blender with some of the herbs and a little olive oil.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan. Brown the whole garlic in it for 2-3 minutes and add the squid. Cook them over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add herbs to taste.
Arrange the squid on top of the cream of zucchini. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
