Ingredients
- One white fish fillet
- One stick of lemongrass
- One shallot
- One half clove of garlic
- 2 slices of fresh ginger
- 2 slices of fresh galangal
- 1 cm fresh turmeric (turmeric)
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- A little fresh red chili pepper
- A drizzle of oil
- Salt
Proceedings
Mince all the ingredients (not the fish) and add a drizzle of oil. Mix well and put this paste on the fish. Steam it for plus or minus 5 minutes (depends on the height of the fillet!). Serve immediately.
