Specifically, it is a low carbohydrate diet made up of vegetables and proteins (meat and fish) that, combined with acupuncture sessions, changes the metabolism from anabolic to catabolic, causing the body to gain energy from burning its own fat.
In the first week, patients generally lose 3 to 6 kilos and 1.5 to 2 kilos per week afterwards, until the ideal weight is reached.
Half diet
Sinomedica Half Diet is ideal for those who need to lose up to 10 kg, for pregnant women, athletes, and children.
It is again a low-calorie diet, although less restrictive than the first one. An important difference is that, unlike the former, it is an anabolic diet and not a metabolic one, so the metabolism does not change from anabolic to catabolic.
As in the restrictive diet, the combination with acupuncture reduces hunger and activates metabolism, significantly reducing the feeling of hunger and promoting the elimination of accumulated fat.
The three dietary rules for maintaining results
Eliminate carbohydrates, sweets and dairy products. Replace them with more fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, tofu, nuts, seeds and eggs.
